  The worst store ever! They said I can’t buy an iPhone under my old account saying I need to open a new one, after that I asked to close my old account and they said to call sprint cause they can’t do this. I called sprint and they told me to go back to the store. Nobody ever helped me and their collection agency said they won’t close old account and I’m gonna be charged every single month for the old account that I’m not using at all !

  Desmond helped me upgrade my phone. Super fast and super easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made my visit very enjoyable. Too many times I have walked into a store and was helped by someone who was just interested in a sale. Desmond treated me like a person and I will continue to give this store my business because of it.
